ok, i'm going to enter the pts (pevs tournament series), and it's (i'm embarrased to say) my first tourny. i've been playing for 5or6 years, just never got arround to playing in a tourny. i'm pretty good at playing snake, and i'll b playing snake in the tourny. but lately i've been noticeing i'm haveing some body position issues, and snaping out of the nuckles on tape side seemed like i was not stable enough to get REALY accurate, and i also felt like i was out to far. does anyone have any sugguestions for me?:notsure:

Do you play on your knees or in a laying down position? I play the snake on my knees so it's easy for me to snap shoot.

play on your knees, try to judge the paint comming at you. It's gunna take you a lot longer to snap over the top or down the tape than other bunkers, sobefore you snap try to looks in break in the paint. Chances are theres gunna be a lot of paint coming at you, but just look for a break in it, then snap instantly. And playing in it, movement is key, you can't just get in there and chill in the first knuckle. Come out over the top and see across the field, if you dont have good angles, look down your tape (watch for someone posting on it) and move up the next knuckle. And just remember to keep communicating with your team. Sometimes it can get kinda tunnel vision playing in the snake, just remember you got your team right behind you, so use them.

depending how many person the tournament is( 3,5..) you can gte another guy in the snake holding the tape for you and you shoot in it. But i think those tournys are 3 and 5 men right?

I play 3 man and I usually have a guy in the back corner holding down the tape as I advance past the 50 and eliminate their team. If I get that far then the game is over...I'm deadly from the snake. Just look at my avatar. That's me about to take out two guys. Having someone hold down the tape for you is a great idea. It has always helped me.
