With the gun degassed, can you hear the solenoid click? If not, open the lcd side grip and check the "SOL" connection. Make sure it's seated in there good. If that doesn't work, charge it for a little, see if it's just getting a low battery.
If you can hear it click, but it's not firing, open up the solenoid cover, the one on the top of the gun, with the intelifeed port sticking out of it. With the gun gassed, push the orange button, the marker should fire. If it doesn't you have a pneumatic problem before the solenoid. If it does fire, you either aren't actuating the solenoid correctly, or the solenoid itself is bad.

Warpedx is right:
*** Make sure you have charged your battery!!! ***
1. When you pull the trigger, do you hear the solenoid making a soft click (even though the gun does not cycle)? If it does, then take the intellifeed cover off and gas turned on, press the little orange button on the solenoid (closer to the feed neck end). The gun should fire. If it doesn't, then something is wrong with your low pressure (LPR), which is cheap and easy to fix. If it does fire, it could be the solenoid itself, which is a much more expensive replacement.
2. If you don't hear it click, is there any indication that the gun registers your trigger pull? I don't have a speed board so I don't know how it works. You might need to adjust your trigger. It's either your travel stop or return stop screws have moved from you pulling the trigger hard. If the gun was set up for super short trigger pulls, this might very well be the problem. And if it is, I'd recommend using locktite on those screws.
