04 speed problem

hey
my speed keeps dying on me. i will charge the marker and play one night with it and clean it put it away, the next time i take it out the marker is dead. the switch is in the off position and when i turn it on the leds go up and then down and the marker turns off. i check to see if it might be getting turned on in my bag but the switch is always in the OFF position when i take it out

Well, atleast you have a pretty good idea of what it is, something electrical. If you have tried charging it, and it still dies, it could possilby be a bad battery. That is my personal guess. However, there were a few instances were some other electrical problems were found. Check with Ken Crane, I have found him to be very helpful. Just from what you described, though, I think it is your battery.
