04 Speed FPS low

I cannot get my FPS above about 100, LPR is 70. any help is appreciated

did you change anything before this problem? can you borrow a reg and tank to rule out non gun components?
make sure your dwell is around 11. battery is charged. whats your input pressure? ram moves freely?

lower your lpr to 55 and put you dwell to 12 and you should be ok but first check the pressure out of your mini reg and make sure that it is at 250 psi
