My son had bought an LCD Angel body from an e-bay auction. He took the parts from his old Angel and put them in the newer body. Everything looked right but when he hooked up the air, he has air leaking out of a small hole on the bottom of the body that is in front of the LPR locking pin. What did we do wrong?
Thanks,
Chuck

First think you need to do is hook up an LPR gauge and make sure the psi level is around 87psi and no more than 90 psi. If it's creaping above 90 psi you need to remove one of the shims to get it below 90. If the LPR pressure is fine then you need to check/replace/lube the orings on your LPR. I had the EXACT same problem with my LCD. The LPR pressure was perfect so I replaced the o-ring on the top cone part of the LPR, greased it up, put the top part of LPR back in the chamber, screwed the volumizer back on (or cover plate if that's what you have) and wall-law... No more leak!
