If you want to take the chance of it blowing up? Combine oxygen and heat......BOOM. And welders don't use oxygen, they use an inert gas so they weld doesn't OXIDIZE.

SERIOUSLY DON'T DO IT! Only put nitrogen or compressed air in your NITROGEN tank.

Yeah, man be very careful pure oxygen is HIGHLY flamable n when welders use it its for their cutting rigs which consist of accetaline n oxygen. Just stay away from the welders supply n stick w/ the paintball supplys. Nitrogen n or compressed air like gmg said are the only safe gases to use.:dito:

Oxygen costs more the regular air and well its not flameable but give what ever fire is intoduced to it a lot more "power" and ferocity.

it isent "flameable" in the fact that if you light a match the planet will not burst into flames, although fire is fueld by oxygen and high preassure oxygen is combustable. I mean obviously you fill your tank with compressed air, but its done with the right equipment and such, im just saying its not safe to be fooling with on your own. Heres a little irony to go along with that: Hydrogen and Oxygen, two combustable elements, together they make water which is used to put out fire.

hello? Oxygen is one of the three reqiurements for fire....... the reason compressed air is different is that its atmospheric air, which is only around 21% oxygen.
