Need HELP plz gun problems

i just bought a used Angel 04 speed, so i fill up the tank, charge up the gun, turn it on, and go to fire it, it shoots like 1 shot every 3-4 secs...its on semi mode, can any plz help on possibilities to fix this? And i seen how u turn the eye off/on on the 05 speed but how do u on the 04? Also i didnt get the owners instruction manuel for the gun, can any plz link the guide for this specific gun? ive searched and only seen the manuel for the 05 speed. it has a different setup on the back. If any could help it would be greatly appretiated.

p.s. sry to sound like a noob, i went from a 04 auto-cocker to this, alot is different between them :/

to turn off the sensi on the gun which is the 04 speed eyes if u want to say u have to push the top button. Then make sure that its turned off by lookin and seein if the light is still on for the sensi.
