will an evole kit work in a dark IR3??

well ... i wasnt going to type out a long explanation but i cant stand thinking that i dont like when ppl dont explain why or why not something works or doesnt work.

the newer guns (03 speed and onward) have the lpr by itself in the battery chamber w/ just the valve and ram in the other chamber. w/ evolve, u get a long valve stem that goes from the volly they give u to the valve itself. w/ the lpr in that chamer in an ir3, u cant get it to work meaning evovle will not work.

Hum, Not sure I understand the explanation

The IR3 has the LPR on the battery side also and the exhaust valve on the other side. However the IR3 passages are smaller than the speed and later markers. Also not sure if the dimensions are the same. From what I have heard you can use the ram, lpr and possibly the exhaust valve from the speed on the IR3.

The iR3 follows the old style angel setup, where the ram, valve, and lpr are in one line in the same tube. The batery tube contains nothing but the battery. You can fit the speed ram in to the iR3, the exhaust valve wouldln't give you much, and thelpr is questionable, due to the fact that the iR3 lpr also hold the valve spring in place.
