buying an IR3, plz help

hey, i am buying a mamba ir3 from a friend, and have a few questions.
1) what ups should i buy?
2) how much should i pay for the marker? it is in pretty good shape, it doesnt hav many scratches and it fires well.

2. I would pay about 500 for a mamba but really its just a milled ir3....nothing to special
