Speed 04' Charger Needed!!!

I just got an Angel Speed 04' off ebay, but it didn't come with a charger, I was wondering where the best adn cheapest place to buy a charger was, and how much voltage and amperes it sould have! Thank you very much!

i have 1 of these but i dont need it anymore i would sell it for 45 or so shipped its like 3 weeks old only used 1 time to test if my board works but it didnt so i got a new 1 and my new board uses a 9volt.
