hey just got a stock g7 and i need some help with it...... what do you guys reccomend i sould set my settings in the menu at?

It really varies from player to player and depends on what you are looking for. If you just got it get 10-12 cases of paint through it on the stock settings before you even bother messing with any settings. After that, if you think something needs to be adjusted, come back, tell us what you would like to see and you'll get plenty of advice. Enjoy your new toy!
