ir3 firing problems

my ir3 only shoots the first ball 20yds and this decreases the more you fire.
i am using a empire noise activated hopper which works fine.

this has only happened since i put a new seal in the reg

any help on this would not go amiss as i have a game this sunday and need the marker working by then.

New seal in the reg? I'd chase after the last thing changed. Which reg was it? Did you lube the new seal? Also, the lpr and the mini reg each have a spring stack that must be inserted the correct way, or the pressures will be way off.
Check the manual, it has a picture of the correct assembly on page 28.

sorry that was missleading of me the seal i changed was the one between the regulater and the body of the marker.
i have not had the reg to bits that is way out of my league.
anyone know anywhere in the uk for service and tune up

Grease your LPR piston. This should help your problem til you can get it fixed.
