Hooking a G7 to a computer?

My friend has a A4 fly that can be hooked to a computer to change the settings. Can I do this to my G7 rasta and is there any benefits to this. I checked the manual and seen nothing on the topic.

Have you seen your frined dp this, as far as I know only the MT's can do that.

The LCD's had a computer link you could set up, and the iR3's had a palm software interface that could be used to program settings into the board. All stock boards after that have had no public way of hooking them to a computer. Maybe your friend has an aftermarket board?

Im sure its a stock board. I play with him all the time, so I will ask how he does it and post his answer.
