G7 and A4Fly boards, interchangeable?

So i know that the G7 software, and the Fly LP software are interchangebale, but will a Stock G7 board fit into a Stock A4 fly frame, i know they look very similar but are thay that similar?

i think my fly board is going on the fritz, and i can probably get a G7 board for brand new for about 60 bucks. just want to know if htis is a viable alternative to buying something like the Tadao

The boards are the same.

The thing is that G7s have the leaf on the trigger, so there is no spring on the board. You could put a FLY board in a G7 because you could cut the leaf off, but you cant go from a G7 to a FLY.

ok well thanks is there anyway to put a G7 trigger, and board into the fly?

I think you can put a G7 frame on a FLY if you mill a spot for the flashtank. I know you can do that with a 05SPEED frame.

Otherwise you could just attach a leaf to your fly trigger.

I suggest the master techs. They are proffesionals at getting it done.
