New forum

I have added a forum for questions related to the 2k3 lcds. I know there have been a lot of questions flying aroudn in random forums. So now you have a specific place to post those questions.

But I was wondering if the new '2K3 LCD' forum would be better placed in the LCD forum as a sub-forum, like the Palm section in the iR3 Forum.
