I have a Gat, I have owned it since october, about 20~ cases through it so far, regularily oiled and maintained. I bought the Tadao a month ago and it works amazing. It has run 100% problem free for me up until today. Now, when i am shooting my bolt keep sticking forward and it vents all my air! The bolt is almost impossible to get back and then it will do it again, I can't use my gun!!

I have done nothing different, always oiled, lubed, etc.. and the problem just happened out of the blue while I was testing some new settings at the shop. I have a tournament this sunday and I need to know if I can fix this ASAP! Anyone have any ideas on what is up? My dwell is 10, my LPR is ~50-54 Psi and I am chrono'd to ~260 because our winter indoor field likes the FPS a little lower. I am using an LP crossfire tank.

Did you have any wires unplugged? If so check that your small red+black wires are going to SOL not HOP.

What settings did you change?

If you cant find anything else wrong, try raising your LPR up to around 65psi

maybe raising the dwell, check and make sure your noid is working properly, 20 cases is allot, and if you are one of those ones that sits there for hours on end and walks the trigger w/ no air, then that might be the problem, also, check the rubber gasket things under the noid to make sure that they are all lined up right

Might also want to check the metal part of the valve stem which goes into the valve for any burrs that could catch and cause the valve to hang open.

BATTERY. Change the damn battery. Anytime that happens(the bolt stick problem), its ALWAYS been the battery.
