My ir3 has always been solid but went to play today and it started to charge and then quit. It would not even say charge. I took the battery out and it say 5 12v Batteries (6V 1000ma). When i measure this battery it is at 4.7 volts. Would that be low enough for the gun to come on and then the screen shows the battery gague on the bottom but it is empty and that is the way it stays. Any suggestions
