VLocity runs circles around the Halo imo.
The board technology will put a backspin on the paintballs if it detects a jam, which covers the rip drive. Also, you can adjust the force with a touch of a button and according to the type of paint you're using. It can go between an Egg or the top setting of a Victory Board on a halo (like i said, with the push of a button).
Dont forget the lighter weight, better loading design and higher ball capacity.
And the battery door wont break off within a week. I promise.

I own both a Halo B and a Velocity. Velocity is better in my opinion. But they are both good. Velocity you can adjust the pressure it applys to feeding, which I think is great. My Halo B with v35 would crush paint in the ball stack occasionally with bad paint. I would always disassemble my halo to completely clean if it did happen to break paint cause the eyes are exposed in the feedneck. With the Velocity the 4 eyes are behind the clear plastic feedneck so cleaning would be as simple as a clean swab in the feedneck. Honistly eaither one will get the job done and you would be happy with eaither.

Halo B for me, not only is the Vlocity more expensive but its ugly as hell, i have had no problems with Halo's and none of my friends with angels have had any either, get a Halo u'll be happy w/ it

Overall, I like my Vlocity.
PROS: lighter, faster, antijam feature, selectable modes, holds a few more balls, flip switch, dual eyes
CONS: Eats batteries way too fast, must cut feedneck to get it down to the height of a Halo, still not convinced shells will hold up well
Viewloader is supposed to release new software and a new drivecone to help with the battery consumption. I would personally wait till then to get a Vlocity.

well, i have a halo b with angry board, empire b, and a velocity.
so far, i'm most happy with the velocity, since i need it capped at 15 the lowest setting is fine for me. It fits in my redz camlock feedneck perfectly and the front is much narrower than the halo. the volume of it holds much more than a halo for sure, very helpful off the break for laning. i must admit though turning it up in speed makes quite a racket even when not feeding. but pricewise, it is cheaper than a halo b with rip, and throw in a delrin cone, its a much better deal.
