Here is my personal review of the Fly Conversion w/ G7 eyes and Tadao Board for the Angel 04 Speed, done my Ken Crane at Performance Angel (and I will make a review about Ken Crane and Performance Angel at the bottom of the page).
First off here is the marker setup I used:
Marker: Red Dust 04 Speed with Fly Conversion w/ G7 eyes
Board: Angel Force FBS Tadao Board
Barrel: Stock 14in Infinity Barrel (ordered a Red Dust FMA SM-1 Orbium-3 Barrel Kit)
Other Upgrades: WDP Clamping Low Rise, Chrome Angel Force MT Trigger, Chrome CP Rail & ON/OFF ASA, Soft Face Pack Bolt, WDP Black Volumizer Kit,, Gun Metal Gray Angel Force Back Plate, Performance Angel LCD Cover, Black Cobra Breech Knob, Red Dust FMA SM-1 Orbium-3 Barrel Kit (should be in soon) and Arsenal Grips.
Hopper Used: Halo B w/ Ripdrive and Z codes
Event when use of gun: Local PSP Tournament
Event Setup: PSP Mild Ramping
Performance: Speed/chopping: The gun when I first shot it chopped like a mother (I was using 6 month old field paint lol ) and when I shot with new paint I shot 2,000 rounds without one break. The speed of this gun is amazing!!! I was going the full max on the ramp without a break!! I love the new trigger setup, however unfortunately it will take me some getting used to because as Ken put it, when I got it back it was a completely new beast (and one sexy one at that, but here is a personal note for you guys, don’t call your gun the sexist thing you have ever seen especially when your girlfriend is around lol). But the thing I loved the most was that the guys on my local field who hate Angels more than any other gun in the world, were amazed at the speed of this thing because it was literally shooting ropes (and I am not lying either!!). But the kicker was I did a shooting contest with a G7 with ramping and I OUT SHOT IT!!! I KID YOU NOT!!!!
Accuracy of the Marker: I would say descent but it lost accuracy after the fifth shot it drops off (I am using the stock barrel), however it should be better when I get my Orbium Kit.
Board: I love the features of the board and the extras is freaking awesome!!! It has a gun safety!!! And custom setups, which are cool however I didn’t use them because I used the settings that Ken put in the board (Ken can you please edit this post and post the settings that were used on my gun). The Tadao Board has 12 fire modes and the gangster mode which is illegal as hell!!

Total Review Points: 10/10!!! GET THIS UPGRADE IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER ANGEL!!!
Review of KEN CRANE and PERFORMANCE ANGEL: Ken Crane is an excellent tech and will take care of your marker, also when I had questions I would call him and he would answer them with no BS and TELL YOU WHY!!! Ken did above average quality on my gun, which is posted above. In addition, he is a tech that doesn’t run by the clock because when I asked when will it be done he told me “It will be done, when it is done Stephen. Because I am not going to do a half-ass job on your gun with tape and glue, I am going to give you the best marker you have ever shot and once you get this thing you won’t ever go back”. And I agree with him one-hundred percent. Ken gave me the best gun I have ever fired and when a guy asked me who did the work on my gun and I said “Ken Crane”, he flipped and was like OMFG no wonder this is the most bad ass Angel I have ever seen!!
Total Review Points: 11/10 (because Ken and Performance Angel went above and beyond my expectations)
