Downloading Grey's Anatomy??

My wife missed an episode of Grey's Anatomy, the one after the Superbowl, and she is hounding me to find a download on the internet but the only places that have the download is those membership sites, does anybody know of a place to download it for free and how?

first download a downloader. (bitcoment is the one i use)
then go to the site www.torrentspy.com or www.mininova.com
and search for it.

click download and it should open in bitcoment.

I cant really explain it because a friend did it for me.
