Which Setting?

I have version 6 on my speed and i was wondering what setting is on when all three lights, red,green,orange, are flashing simultaneously?
I know that green=dwell, red=tr, orange=loader, none=software version. Just wondering what all three flashing at same time means?

i believe it is the mrof, in 3bps increments starting at 15
