Yay my 1st Thread lol Ok got that outta the way
I got my 01 LCD C&C Angel about 2 months ago. everything on it is stock for the most part. Whats is a good after market bolt to use. Ive seen a few around the stores in BC... well just one (BADLANDS). So far all i know is that the evil bolt wasnt too great. But looking around the net there are like Dye, Shocktech, etc etc.... i would like some input on dif kinds of aftermarket bolts....
Ok the other thing i saw on the net was the Eclipse Blade frame for Angel LCD. I wanna hear some input on that frame or other aftermarket frames out there. Is it worth throwing on the angel or just stick with the stock frame.
Thanks

so why is this a classified? I'll move it over to the LCD forum where you'll get some answers. Also I think the bolt is one of the most asked questions lately, run a search for it and see what comes up, I think there was also a bolt test/review posted by a member. Might require a little research there too.
Welcome tho

One of my teammates put a Eclipse trigger frame on his 2k2 CnC LCD. So far he likes it, I'll get him to post his thoughts on it later (DocNlk). They seem pretty nice with the external adjustments, but that seems to me the only real benefit to them.
As far as bolts, I have a shocktech in my LCD and an R11 in my CnC iR3. I can't really compare the two, but I've heard alot of good things about the R11.

Stick with the stock bolt! Many angel owners, including myself have found that the stock bolt performs as well, if not better, than aftermarket bolts. Save some money and shoot some more paint! I have the Eclipse blade frame for my LCD and man! that thing is amazing! It has a high quality construction and finish to it. Very smooth and crisp trigger pull and is externally adjustable. I highly recommend it if you do decide that the stock frame and trigger aren't your thing.

Eclipse frames I've heard good about.
Tthe Evil bolts I've heard not the best results about, nor the DYE bolt.
Warped R-11, Cobra, Zippit I've heard good about. Personally, I'm a fan of the DEZigns bolt :-) (note: not the "New Designs" bolt Badlands sells).
Bolt is about the only "performance" upgrade I'd recommend on an Angel. Don't mess with the internals and the stock reg is fine.

They're expensive, but I really like the DEZign's bolt.
I'm going to be placing another order with him soon if you're interested in going in on it.
