opto board problems

Ok so I have an Ir3 and i just got it fly'd by FMA.
eyes and Everything works great accept for one thing, the trigger needs a huge amount of forward play for the switch to reset. So I pull the trigger up until the activation point, and when I bring the trigger back forward it doesnt reset as soon as it passes back infront of the activation point, it has to go WAY back forward beyond the activation point before it resets again. Whats wrong??? Please tell me its a quick fix Ive got a tourny on sunday and was hoping to shoot up some peeps with my old school.

umm what would be the right one? i figured this would be since its an a4 fly board and this is the a4 fly forum. the guys in the ir3 forum didnt have any answers for me on this.
