Does the feed neck remove easily from the Speed 06? I have attempted to remove the feed neck by unscrewing it, however, I didn't bare down on it too much, in fear of damaging the feed neck. I have a Redz locking clamp feed neck that I would like to put on my Angel Speed 06 and am also wondering if the threads on the Redz will match up to the markers. I specifically bought one that was for Angel, but I read that the barrell threads have been changed on the 06 and am curious if the threads for the need neck were not changed too. Thanks!

Well the feed neck comes stock with lock-tite on it, so thats why its a little hard to get off. It will though. The redz one you have will fit on it too, you might wanna put a little bit of lick-tite on there before you put it on, just to make sure it wont come off when you dont want it to. You can get it at any hardware or auto parts store.

Easiest way to get it off is with a strap wrench. Unscrew the top clamping part, then put the strap wrench around the bottom and put some pressure on it.
The feed neck threads have not changed, so your Redz neck will work.
Like Paintballstar said, put some loc-tite on it (be sure to use blue, not red) and screw the feedneck firmly onto the marker. Let it sit and cure for 24 hours for best results. If you try to throw a hopper in it right away, you'll break the loc-tite loose.

I actually use red. It works just fine. The biggest problem that most people have with using red, is using way to freakin much. One or two drops of red smeared on the threads will hold very strongly while still being removable.
