How do I install a "theme"?

If you see a photo, click on it if it is not big enough, that usually takes you to a page that displays the individual pic. Then right click and click on set as wallpaper, then choose tile, stretch, or center, center leaves the image unmodified.

Themes are usually packed into install files. The files are generally set up to install into the correct directory. All you have to do it run the setup file. Once its unpacked the files you go into display properties and its on the first screen.
