i have a 2k angel lcd that i bought used and i have been having problems with it. im also new too angels so try not too use too many big words lol:P .so this is what my angel is doing: when i first got it i held the red button down too turn it on but nothing happens so i flipped the switch up on the back plate and the screen lite up for asecond then turned off. so i figured i need too charge so i plugged it in with the switch on te backplate down and nothing happened, the bar on the screen wasn't even cacading so i flipped the switch up and the screen lite up again the went off and the words tab in came up. i opened up the grip and checked all the wire connections and it all looked fine so i have no idea what too do. any suggestions?

no idea on that one....
it could also be a fried board though... i had a similar case a while ago with an a4 that wouldnt do anything but reset when it was plugged into a charger and when it wasnt it would turn on and back off..
when i switched the board it worked fine....
but well, your best bet would be to see if you can borrow another charger (lcd chargers would also work) and see if that's it, if not, maybe contact an mt.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that you aren't turning your gun to safe mode before trying to charge it.
Here's what to do:
Flip the switch on the back plate on (or to the left position)
Plug in the Charger ( it will say tab in )
Hold down the top red button until it says SAFE
Now it will charge.
If this doesn't work, sorry, thought I'd throw it out there. As a new angel owner, I learned that myself after alot of trial and error... then looking through threads here and on PBN, I've found people new with angels just don't know about that, and when they ask questions, people give answers to them thinking they've been around angels for a long time... anyways, hope this helps, and if it doesn't start charging right away, try pressing the green button after all the steps have been followed.
