Im sorry but you are wrong, you may still use your angel without eyes and have a tadao. You turn off your eyes. Even if you turn on the gun and it gives you the eye not reading a ball colour , you may still shoot. all you need is softface and you really wont chop.

i think you can turn them off but you only shoot likt 15 or 17 BPS

Yes the board will work without having eyes installed, you just have to set the boards rate of fire to match your loader speed. Eye installs including the board run $399 at any of the MT locations.
