how to check hpr on the gat

im having a problem with checking my hpr with the gauge i have . Since the popet is a rod and the end cap holds it in place i dont know if putting the gauge on would be safe cause it wouldnt be holding the rod in place.

if anyone knows how to get around that holla

You can use a long piece of macroline to hold it in place. It just has to be long enough to go inside the gauge fitting and also long enough to reach the end of the valve stem but it should work fine. Put the macroline over the valve stem.
