angelowners i need your help. last night i tried to do a full sweep tune up on my speed. but i got stuck at the reg and valve. to remove the spool from the reg you need a "M3 screw." i have no idea what that is. second, to remove the valve you need a blunt hooked pick. can you guys tell me where i can both the screw and the pick. or pictures would be awesome. thanks guys. i'm defeated. thanks

A M3 screw is just a regular screw, the M3 refers to the type of threading (M is for Metric, these guns are made in England). Go to any hardware store and ask for a M3 screw, it will cost you about 10 cents.
A blunt hooked pick is just a regular dentist type pick, but instead of being sharp at the end its dull. You can buy them dull or you can buy them sharp, then sand it down or put tape over it (you don't want to use a sharp one because you can scratch the inside of the valve and this can cause problems). You can make you own out of a wire coat hanger (you just need something to pull the valve out). However, you can also just remove the ram and just push the valve out the back of the gun with a squeegee (this is the easiest way).

i'm not understanding what the screw is for either....
is it to pull out the cartridge reg or something?... i used some snap ring pliers.
or are we talking about the lpr? in that case i'd know that the screw would thread into the piston so you can pull it out... although i always just use a small allen key to pull it out with
