Pardon a noob to angels.....but does anyone know how to shorten the trigger on an angel? I just bought an '03 LE and the trigger is long as can be (my old impulse was shorter). Also...what type of trigger should I drop into this thing if I ever get around to replacing it? I was thinking about a cobra stick.

this belongs in the LCD section
and yes, not only can you read the manual and learn how to adjust the trigger, but we've also walked through trigger adjustments more than once.

Take your grip frame off, and be careful when removing it, because there will be connected wires when pulling the grip frame off.......
Then on the trigger, you will see a Spring, take that spring out..... and you will see a hole..... get a allen wrench, and tighten that screw to make the pull shorter, in doing this......you will also need to adjust the post travel screw, which is noticeable on top of the trigger.......
Reading your manual will help you out with this also.....I reccomend reading it thouroghly......

An angels trigger is as short as an impulse, but without the side to side crap ........

I got the trigger on my '03 shorter than a mouse click. To get rid of some of the side to side slop you can shim the trigger. I didn't want to drive out the trigger pin so I improvised. I found a CDsleeve that was made out of mylar and cut two small pieces. I cut a notch in one side to fit over the trigger pin. I left the tops of the shims flat and flush with the top of the trigger frame. The shims will now butt up against the bottom of the body and that will keep them from walking out.
