question on operating pressure

i have searched for this and i never really got a clear answer. so my question is, say my gun is stock and is running at 285 fps...if i bought a dez bolt and a newton evolve kit how would i lower the operating pressure, would i just lower the velocity back down to 285 since those items added fps?

Yes, by adding the Dez bolt, your velocity would increase so you'd have to lower the minireg pressure to get it back down to 285 fps. It is as simple as that.

The Evolve kit reduces the "kick" from the gun and will not necessarily lower the operating pressure. It will lower the LPR pressure but not the operating pressure (minireg pressure).

and you have read about the new lpr stuff from impact correct, if so would i need to put volumizers on my gun if i bought one of those when they cam out
