hopper problems

my buddy just got a 05 speed, and purchased a halo b, he however has problems with chopping like crazy! I have a Reloader 2 (have a reloader b otw), and have had no problems with chopping. Does anyone think its a hopper problem, or his 05 speed?

how about you switch the hoppers around and see if it's the hopper....

we tried that, and he still has the same problem, so we don't know if it is settings or what
