Their was a thread on here a few days ago asking about a bid. It was a Ir3 C+C royal blue to ice fade. It was in canadian dollers and some one asked if it looked odd.

Well it was odd, I won the auction and the guy asked me to wire money right away i said no because the auction said to use cashiers check or money order. Then i asked hom where he wants the check sent to and he gives me a Romanian address. He is supposed to be in Montreal. After about an hour of contacting this scammer someone sent me an e-mail saying that he was a huge scammer and that he was almost ripped by him a few weeks ago.

I am just telling you to watch out for people. And after doing some research i found out that you never deal with anyone in Romania. That country in ranks with scams. Same thing almost happend with a bid from spain but it got pulled.

Bottom line is dont buy from outside the states if you live in the US. Plain and simple, besides that if it sounds to good to be true...well you know the rest of the story. I even had a sponsor get burned by a web order from Puerto Rico, sent over 2 grand in equipment and come to find out it was a stolen credit card and the shipping address was basically bogus. Think he was going to fly to Rico to collect? Nope. Hard lesson learned. I hate to hear about peeps getting burnt especially when its someone I know. Let it be a lesson for all.

Please be more specific. It isnt really fair to ballers in Montreal or Spain looking to unload a IR3 that you post things like this. Besides, I make a habit of messing around with people I know are crooked.

I saw one of those Ebay posts it was a red white and blue angel..not sure what year or anythin but he was asking about 600CND funds I think..total scammer I saved someone from doin the same thing because the seller told the buyer that it was a custom built cobra angel..I thought that was odd cauze cobra doesnt have custom building like free flow does or what not...just like the saying goes, "if its to good to be true, it probly isnt"
