hopper setting on 06 speed?

what should the hopper setting on an 06 speed be? right now i have it at the max for fast force feed loader. is this fine setting or should i put it at 3. by the way i have my dwell at 4 leds, is this ok?

if you got a halo use fast force feed, if you got an eggy then use the one before that..

I got my dwell on 1 led cuz I like to be quite but if you got like cheap or bad paint then you wanna have a higher dwell..
