I need a new backplate for a recessed switch operated on/off and I was looking at buypb.com where they sell two different backplates. One is stock and it fits the LCD, IR3, Speed, and A4. http://www.buypb.com/search_results.asp?PAGE=7&txtsearchParamTxt=&txtsearchParamCat=16&txtsearchParamType=ALL&txtsearchParamMan=ALL&txtsearchParamVen=6&txtFromSearch=fromSearch&iLevel=1
That one. It says that it has two switch style options in a pull down tab. One is Internal and the other is External. External is what the picture shows, so is Internal the one I am looking for? There is another chromed out, steel-plate looking one that I know will work, but it doesn't say what style that is.

For a recessed on/off you are looking for the internal one. This is what it looks like:

From the image in your link you can clearly see the difference between the two.

The wires come with the battery. The only thing that you would need to do is put an on/off well in there, then you screw the switch into it and you are good to go.

NP, that backplate was a run of backlates that the MT's had on the Force 4 and Force Fly. A few of them are left, I don't know which MT's still have them in stock, but it's the nicest backplate that was ever produced IMO.
