stock dwell?

i have an 06 speed and it came with stock dwell of 5 leds. i want to know if this is the normal stock dwell cuz i think it may be high or should i leave it llike this?

itz ok but i have mine on 1, cuz itz like super quite and stuff but if you got bad paint a higher dwell would be better..
