Battery gone or will still hold charge?

I left the angel on for a while in live mode and just left in the car on accident for a few days. I bought it used but it had new battery and board put in before I got it. It charged fine the first time I used it but now it will just show a blank LCD screen when trying to charge. When you turn it on it shows every LCD character than not go into SAFE mode. I'm thinking I just drained the battery too low and it needs a full charge (lots of hours im guessing). Is the battery going to be ok just leave it charging for a while? It doesnt show cascading or anything, just a backlit LCD screen.

i had a similar experience, since the battery is not cascading it pretty much means it's not taking a charge as far as i know. don't know about yours, but i eventually found out i had a loose connection from the battery wire to the switch, but this was after i had already bought a new battery and charger. hope this is of some help.

Took apart the switch connections and just bound the two wires together to gaurantee that its on. Gun is still not charging but still illuminating. Any suggestions/tips folks?Thanks.
