There has been a large discussion about the angel batteries and how ballistic batteries bulit a better battery, now I was thinking what if we put a super high perfromance battery in a halo, does anyone know how much halos can handle, if we upped the voltage to make it run quicker and how much a halo b will pull, a battery with a higher mah will last longer and if we could get a battery that has a much better current, a halo b would be sooo consitant, if the boards and motor can handle more volts, we could even have them run quicker, if someone with experience in this field would post a little or do some research it would be greatly appreciated, just give me some ideas and I will even try them out on my halo b and expereiment.
Why would you need your halo to feed any faster?? Halo's consistently feed 22+ bps, most people shoot around half that speed. I can see how it would matter for a gun that has a higher max MROF, such as a timmy, but ir3's are capped at 20 anyways, so what's the point? I just don't see a point in messing with a $100+ hopper for a useless outcome that will most likely push balls past your detent. I have a halo, and it feeds plenty fast for me. I can see how you might want a better battery pack, but it already lasts 20,000 shots. If I was you, I wouldn't mess with any board settings or battery packs. The board of the halo most likely has resistors to prevent high voltage from going into it, in order to protect it from total destruction. I have a halo and it feeds plenty fast for me. The only reason I can see you doing this is for your e-cocker. Other than that, it's probably not a good idea to mess with da halo.

I've also been thinking about changing the battery in the Halo, at least the weight of it. I'll call Pat at Ballistic batteries and see what he thinks.

Thanks alot, by the way, On my race autococker, the rate of fire is only limited by the pneumatics, I have shot that cocker at 25-26 bps area without paint, thats why I would like to have a faster loader, and the trigger is soooo fast, believe me after playing 15 minutes w/ that gub anyone would be getting 16 out of it.
