What is reccommended for the break in period for an Angel 06? I am brand new to the paintball world and have just purchased my very first paintball gun, the Angel Speed 06.
Along with my Angel I purchased a Center Flag Hyperflow 420 68/4500, and a 32 degrees drop forward that has the tank fittng/adapter incorporated on the drop. Is it necessary or suggested to install a regulator on/off valve, etc on the tank, or is the screw on and screw off method acceptable?
Thank You!

stock settings are best for the breakin. and why did you get a speed 06 for your first gun. you shouldve started out with like a spyder or something so you could get better and learn more because you probably know nothing about paintball.

I bought the WDP Angel for my first gun because I wanted it. Part of the thrill is going to be able to learn about, and zero-in one of the best paintball guns on the market today, the Speed 06. Anyone can have a Tippman or Spider...many can't have an Angel. I want to be part of all the proud owners of Angels. What better way to do that than to be a proud owner myself.

...mmm i sure hope so...
When a gun is broken in the regs start to become much more consistant. around 5 cases in my experience.
Fort - Welcome to the world of angels. You'll be able to get your questions answered here. Just make sure to READ THE ENTIRE MANUAL. Actually, read it a couple times. As for your on/off or screwing tank on and off question. It really doesn't matter in my experience. One of the nice things about On/offs is that they help prevent against the annihilation of tank orings.

Devs, thanks for the information. I have a CENTERFLAG HYPERFLOW 420 68/4500 that is a preset low pressure tank rated at 450 psi. I had it tested and it was at 500 psi. Can anyone tell me if a control valve is reccommended or will the Angel 06 seem to work perfectly fine at the presetting? What is the ultimate benefits to having a control valve to lower the psi on the angels? Thanks!

I think you'll be fine with 500psi.
