what are all of the modes on the new 06 speed, and if i have the eyes off can i cap it at 15

I think it has the same board as the 05 Speed. In that case, it all depends on what software you have.

the 06 speeds ship with Ver. 7 software.
which has psp and semi.

sweet i got a good way to cheat in psp tourny's... all you do is turn the eyes off and your capped at 15 so you go into semi turn tr way high bounce like a bitch then ref comes over turn the eyes off he checks your gun and your fine

Or practice more and get some game and you wont have to cheat.

Cheating is gay, and so are the people that cheat. Especially in rec ball.

Isn't the TR setting common to both Eyes on and Eyes off? So wouldn't it be pretty likely to bounce with the eyes on too?
