well i was going to buy an angled VRA from cobra since they are going out of business and its cheap but how do i get the old one off. also do i have to reseal anything once i put the new one on?

Ensure your marker is degassed and unscrew your reg. Turn your marker over and use a 4mm allen wrench and unscrew the 1 screw in the center of the VRA. You will have no issues resealing things. If cobra doesn't throw in new orings just use the ones that come out of your old one. It will be cake. Look in your manual for pictures of the work you need to do and you will see just how easy it is. I have some nice black KAPP angled ones at the shop that I can let go for $12 bones plus shipping if you wish to pay thru paypal. Good luck with the upgrade.

how do you take the minireg off? i tried unscrewing it and...nothin

If it is a standard LCD minireg there should be 2 flat sides at the bottom of the reg. You can put a wrench on the flats. If you do it this way just be careful and ensure you have a good fit so you dont damage the minireg. You can also use a strap wrench and wrap it around the reg. This is a great way to do it as it wont damage anything since the strap is mage of rubber, canvas or vinyl....

well the part came in and it i got all the o-rings switched over but there is a pin in the old one that will not come out and it is necessary to hold somethin in the lpr in place. how do i get it out?
