whats wrong with my angel

what is wrong with my friggin angel???? when u turn it on and then put it on live it will switch over to safe on its own after about 30 sec. and then it wont switch back to live. also it says FAULT CODE-4. i dont know what that means plus the temperature thing is screwed up and just says - - - F

You have a temperature fault on your board. Do a search for this ..... you will find that many people have had this problem....... You will probably have to get a board swap...... Check out www.angelparts.com for this...... I think a board swap is 20$ and you trade yours for a brand new one.......

sounds like a bad board to me, you might have to send it to a sponser and have it switched out

Before you send it anywhere, answer me this. Where you charging it previous to when this happened? Where were you when this happened? What were the surroundings like? I charged my gun in my car and got the same fault. I let it sit inside and warm up. The next weekend, it worked like it always does. Just let it sit in a warm place for a day or 2, then try it again.

I have only received a Code 4 fault once, and it was because it was excessively hot in the area I let it charge. Once I took it inside my apartment with the A/C on, and it cooled down it went away, and it worked fine.
