HELP ME HELP ME...45 My angel Questions

IM sure you guys get a million threads on this, but i have some questoins to ask about 45 my JD FLy. I don't want a new board, i just want to drop in my 4.0 board. I found this frame below for a decent price, and i was wondering a few things

1) What do i have to drill, or dremel, or w.e to get it to fit my current Fly
2) What triggers will fit, will 90 triggers fit, or only specific ones
3) If it is too much work, are their any alternatives? Is the cobra fierce frame a huge improvement? What other 45 frames can i get ready to jus throw on my gun?

looks like an lcd frame? I have never done this so i'm not 100% sure. But i think you would have to mill a little around the front of the frame to fit the flashtank, and inside the frame to fit the board. And possibly drill/tap new holes to fit the frame to the body. Definately possible, just depends on how much work your willing to put into it. I suppose you could take a dremel to it too if ur pretty skilled, rather than getting it milled somewhere...

with the LCD frame you don't have to mill the front or mill the flash tank b/c it has more than enough clearance opposed to the Speed 45 frames.

the trigger is a bit stiff if you just drop the board in
what i did when i had that frame was mill the trigger thinner, mill inside so that i could just simply drop the board in there, and then clip the leaf spring and screw it onto the trigger so it looks like a 05/g7 trigger
