What's a good way to find out if your tank is recharging fast enough?? I'm curious because I am getting a little drop off. My gun is perfectly tuned (angelparts.com), so it's either my halo or my ACI bulldog 68/4500 tank. It's not the adjustable, it's the 800psi preset. Please let me know on some characterisics of a slow recharging tank or tell me if my tank is known to be a slow recharger. Any of you NOT recommend a certain tank?? Thanks alot!

I would have gone with a crossfire if you were gonna get a Preset, I have had the best luck with crossfire, if your going with a preset......

If not get a max flo, or geddon

Slow recharge from a tank will cause drop off, and with the demonstrations at the crossfire booth during "the ultimate madness" in my hometown.......i am a crossfire believer.....

It doesn't make any sense. How is a pre-set at such a dis-advantage when it comes to recharging??? I don't feel like spending 400$ on a new tank when I just spent 200 on one. Oh well, it could just be my halo.

I think what they are trying to say is that it just doesn't have some the same flow rates, and recharge rates of other tanks. If you're not getting all the way back up to where you were each time you shoot your Angel then you're not going to have the same input pressure, so after a few times of this you're going to eventually start seeing a drop off in your shots. Look at it this way, your first shot is at 800psi, it loses say 50psi each time because you're shooting to fast for it to recharge fully, so after 6 shots you're at 500psi input, keep going and 6 more shots later you're at 200psi input.....you've not shot 12 balls at a high rof, and never got a full recharge you've started to get drop off at about 7 or 8 balls......

now 50 is probably a very extreme number but hopefully it illistrates my point. That's the reason that tanks with highflow and fast recharge are preffered on fast shooting markers.
