Has anyone tried this, will it even work, are they diff configs, if already posted please link.

Hmmmm this is for my new gun btw =) =)
the board should be the same as the 05 board which runs off of 9v? thusfor you have no battery to power the fly board :/ hmmmmmmmm, wonder what the third chamber is full of.
It will work, but besides the board you'll need three things.
G7 Frame (the 06 speed frame has no holes for charge port or buttons, could make a blank and then mill it out, but that'd be a lot of work.)
Battery
Charger.
So, by the end of it all, with how much money you put into it. You'd probably have spent enough to purchase a fly
G7 boards alone are like 250-300

The only problem for us is goign to be the backplate for the buttons, the speed and fly/g7 have differnt backplate placement, we have a g7 fly board from a tadaod fly =), next question is, if a a4 fly battery will work in the 06 speed?
