Not to sound stupid but under heavy fire the other day I had a steady stream of air escaping from my breach. I'm not sure if the ram is getting stuck up against the exhaust valve guide or what the deal is. To get it to stop I had to turn off my cp asa to bleed the pressure down. I started to fire again and only every so often it would happen. Anyone experienced anything like this? My settings are mrof 30, hopper speed 8, dwell 9, tr 17, mdb 5, I don't have a tool kit to check my lpr, I'm using an empire reloader b speed 2 or 3. Any help would greatly be appreciated.:notsure:

Hello, sorry for my english , but I'm french , so let's go... first you have to fire 1 box of paintballs to seat your exhaust valve , if it's steel leaking from the breach after this , put down your exhaust valve put a drop of love juice on it and and dry fire a between 30 or 50 shots , if it still leaking , put down your ram and grease it on the o ring, let me know what appens after all this.See you my friend...

That sounds like a good thing to try. I have a similar issue (see my thread on Air leaking), but it may because the marker being new and the exhaust value just needs to seat properly. I also followed Trigga's advice and sanded the valve stem, but it still leaks a bit....

try sanding it a bit more, trust me it worked for me

Did you still have a slight leak or was it completely gone? I'm using extra fine grade SW and the stem is as smooth as glass!

it's completely gone. maybe just sand it a bit more OR there is a new valve system out for 65 bucks that is fairly lighter than the stock and can improve ur marker, trigga has it in his and he loves it; i might pick one up soon...

I have it ordered already, but just curious about this current combination. I planed on sanding/polishing the valve itself, where the stem makes contact. Its always good to tinker!

I'm thinking one of the reasons the Mt Valve came out is to fix the leaking exhaust valves. Mine leaked as well but eventually went away but it seems like it was a problem especically since newer Flys/06 Speeds will come with the new valve.

Had exactly the same problem and this cured it.
