View Full Version : lpr too high with no shims

ok want to know if any of you have ever seen this
emmit you told me to check my lpr at tanks one day
and i did it was set at 140 with 2 shims. well we took
both of the shims out and it went down to 110 but that just wont do is there any way to lower it further or is my lpr blown

anybody have an idea what would cause this ?

help will be appreciated i need one of these ->:nerd:

Sounds like your LPR is blown. Are you having bad velocity flucations?

you'll have to refresh my memory of who you are, but yeah your LPR does seem a little high. You need to check and see what you're getting for recharge etc. but in the end it does seem like you might need to replace it....looking at Ken's site (www.performanceangel.com) the LPR is only $35. We can put that in real quick for you at the field one day if you don't have your own tool kit to do it yourself.
