PSP setup HELP!

Ok i just traded for my new 05 speed. It has ver 7 but i cant figure how to put it on PSP mode or ramping. It seems like eveyone who says how to do ramping someone els says thats wrong. PLEASE HELP! thanks

this is what i done.

On the menu press the internal black button until the cap option is displayed. The main led should flash red, green and orange. Now pull the trigger until it is set at the highest option, all the lights will be lit up.

Turn the marker off and on again. Now set the offset, press the button once and the main led will flash red. Start from mid range, the 2nd yellow option and test for bounce each time you lower it. Switch the marker off and on and test the trigg for bounce as well as giving the tank a slap at the back. If it fires it means its bouncing. Every time lower the offset until the bounce is eliminated.
