Installing Tadao w/ a rechargable battery in an 06 Speed

Could a rechargable Fly battery be installed in an 06 Speed with a Tadao board, and would i have to pop a hole in the back of the grip frame for the charger?

You will come across a few obstacles. The charging port will probably be accessible (if you leave the 06 speed LED "plate" off, however there will not be holes for the back buttons since the 06 speed frame doesn't have milling for them. The G7 TPR is totally different than than the 06 speed LED display.
