what barrel

I know there are a lot of threads going around about barrels, but I need to know about the dye ultralite. Do I need the whole barrel or just the back? and what type .688 ect... I'm new to paintball so I need a little help, thanx.:notsure:

well... if you dont have a front, then you need to buy a front and a back, or vise versa. If youre only going to buy one back id say to get the .689 since thats probably the most common bore size, or you could by a couple of backs and match them to your paint every time you play. (this helps with barrel breaks, and accuracy too for that matter) I hope I helped a little

dye stock ul back is .688, u can also get .692

personally id buy the .688 and .692 and switch to what size paint your shootin. and yes you need a front if you get the UL. and by the way, your new to paintball, but you buy a g7 fly for 1300? hhmmm

Fronts do help, I once played a game with just the back of my bommer(on my cocker), it was loud but it seemed to shoot straight. I would recomend geting a front though.
